    Invitation LetterIf visiting family, relatives or friends, an invitation letter is needed from the invitee with their Singapore address, contact, FIN/NRIC number invitee with relationship details. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission – New Delhi’. Also, other documents including PR card copy, Passport copy (bio data pages), relationship proof, and NRIC card copy are needed

    Additional requirements

    1. In case of an unemployed, married female travelling without a husband, the husband’s financial and employment documents should be submitted. For an unemployed, young person travelling without parents, the father’s financial and employment documents should be submitted.
    2. For Minor children travelling without parents, NOC from parents with their signature proof is needed.
    3. If the spouse’s name is not endorsed in the passport, Marriage Certificate is needed.
    4. Honeymooners don’t have marriage certificates or their spouse’s name is not endorsed in their passport, a marriage confirmation letter from parents with signature proof and a wedding invitation copy are needed.
    5. For Transit Visa, an original ticket copy is required.
    6. For incentive tours, a letter from the company sponsoring the tour with the complete details of applicants and the business proof is needed.

    Chennai: Applicants residing in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Pondicherry, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands are eligible to apply in Chennai Consulate. The applicants who are residing in the above locations, but their passports issued outside of the Jurisdiction need to submit a government-authorized document for address proof.

  • Mandatory Documents

    • Original Passport with a minimum validity of six months
    • 4 white background photos (4 x 6 cm), Matte finish with 80 percent face close-up.
    • Proof of solvency – Updated Original Bank Statement should be maintained for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of the equivalent of 750 USD per applicant (Duly attested on all pages by the Bank seal and signed by the bank official). All Applicants traveling to the Kingdom of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to obtain a Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) approved Medical Insurance Certificate from the Tasheer Visa Application Centre. The cost of the insurance is generated upon receiving the application and must be paid at the time of the appointment.

    16. COVID19 vaccine certificate (AL HOSN - UAE) must be provided with all applicants of age 12 and above

    - An official company letter issued by a Belgian firm/organization with stamp and signature, mentioning clearly the full address and the contacts of the company, purpose and duration of the visit and financial arrangements

    Proof of commercial relations

    • Proof of commercial relations with the inviting company for example: bills of ladings with the corresponding invoices, swift, related customs clearance documents etc
    1. Flight reservation
    • Only a round-trip flight reservation is required, the original ticket might be requested at the collection of the visa.
    1. Hotel reservation
    • A prepaid hotel reservation which covers the whole duration of stay in the Schengen area
    • The reservation should clearly state the visa applicant´s full name, dates of accommodation, the hotel address and contact details and be guaranteed with a valid credit card;
    • In case of owning a house or renting an apartment in Belgium, the contract should be provided.
    1. Travel insurance certificate
    • Should cover the whole period of stay
    • All medical expenses including emergency hospital treatment and repatriation for the period of your stay and must be valid for the whole Schengen territory (coverage at least 30.000 EUR).
    1. Proof of sufficient financial means
    • Original stamped and signed personal bank statement for the last three months showing regular income, no deposits
    • If the applicant is an owner of a company or a partner, he can submit the bank statement of the company with a letter from the bank proving he is a signatory on this bank account.

    - If the minor is travelling alone (school trip, with a friend, a trainer, …), both parents should provide a no objection certificate legalized by their respected Embassy

    - If the minor is travelling with one of his parents, the none travelling parent should provide a no objection certificate legalized by his/her respected Embassy.

    - A copy of the parents’ passports and UAE residence visas.

    - Original bank statement, of the person in charge, for the past three months showing regular income and of the saving account if necessary.

    - An original singed and stamped employment letter of the person in charge mentioning the designation, date of employment, salary, the purpose of visit and financial arrangements.

    From Housewives / dependent / unemployed applicant

    - A no objection certificate from the sponsor allowing the applicant to travel.

      1. Proof of financial means of the applicant in the UAE, e.g. personal bank statements of at least the last 3 months before application, personal property, assets etc.
      2. Documents reflecting the nature of the business trip and the existence of business relations between the relevant companies in Germany and the UAE (if applicable including information about who covers the expenses of the business trip in Germany)
      • Copy of the valid trade license of the UAE company.

      • Only applicable if fair exhibitor: Information on trade fair by submitting exhibitor ticket / exhibitor invoice/ confirmation letter reflecting status as trade fair exhibitor. Applicants will be granted a gratis visa if the above documents are submitted and reflect name of applicant and /or employer.
      • Information reflecting the existence of trade relations or relations for work purposes stating details of company in Germany and in the UAE

       

      NOTE: Special rules might apply for some nationals which passports are not recognized by the German authorities. You might be requested to come personally to the Visa Section of the Consulate. The Visa processing time in such cases varies.

    5. Documents for Minors (if applicable)

    • Proof of legal parenthood (birth certificate / adoption papers / custody decree / death certificate of parent).
    • Translations into German or English if needed.
    • Letter of consent from parents/legal guardian with their passport and UAE residence visa copies.

    6. Proof of Financial Means

    • Personal bank statements of the last 3 months.
    • Evidence of personal property, assets, etc.

  • TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS

    Basic Documents
    1) Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and with more than 2 blank visa pages.(Required Old and New Passport)

    2)  A photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate. (If you apply multiple entry visa, validity of your passport should cover the validity plus duration of stay on your visa).

    Supporting documents:

    A copy of the Air ticket (round trip)
    Day-to-day itinerary.
    Proof of a hotel reservation, etc. or an Invitation Letter for Tourist issued by a relevant unit or individual in China.

    The invitation letter should contain: 

    (a) Information of the applicant (incl. full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)
    (b) Details of the planned visit (incl. arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, accommodation arrangements, etc.)
    (c) Information of the inviting party(incl. name of organization or person concerned, contact telephone number, address, official stamp of the organization, signature of the legal representative or individual).

    4) Applicant's personal covering letter, Address to “ The Embassy of the People's Republic of China,  New Delhi India”   (incl. purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, information of the inviting party, such as the inviting party's name, address, contact person's name, contact telephone number, etc.)

    5) Last 6 months Original Bank statement with bank stamp and signed.

    6) Applicant's original Bank Balance Certificate stating  A/c no, Balance & A/C holder details.

    7) If you are working or studying in India, please provide your company's or school's certification letter (incl. company's name, or school's name, address, contact person's name, contact telephone number, applicant's income, etc.)



    BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS

    Basic Documents

    1) Original passport with at least six months of remaining validity and with more than 2 blank visa pages.(Required Old and New Passport)

    (2)  A photocopy of the passport's data page and the photo page if it is separate. (If you apply for multiple entry visa, the validity of your passport should cover the validity plus the duration of stay on your visa).

    1) Documents concerning commercial activity issued by a trade partner in China, or trade fair invitation, etc. The invitation letter should contain:

    a) Information of the applicant (incl. full name, gender, date of birth, etc.
    b) Details of the planned visit (incl. purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, the relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, details of any financial support to be provided during the stay in China
    c) Information of the inviting party (incl. name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or individual).

    (2) For a multiple-entry visa application, photocopies of the previous Chinese visas are required.

    (3) Applicant's personal cover letter or your company's certification letter (incl. purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, information of the inviting party, such as inviting company's name, address, contact person's name, contact telephone number, etc.)
  • VISA REQUIREMENT


    1. Passport: must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the intended date of entry and have at least one completely free page left for the visa.

    2. A completed visa application form: Answer ALL questions.

    3. One recent passport-style photograph

    6. Evidence of funds: personal bank statement of the last six months. Please provide original documents. If considered necessary, credit card statements.

    7. If you are visiting family members or friends, you need to present an ORIGINAL invitation letter from them and a copy of their Argentine ID (DNI). The letter must be CERTIFIED by an Argentine Public Notary and also by the "Colegio de Escribanos" (the Public Notaries’ Association). If you are staying with them, you do not need hotel booking.

    8. A letter explaining the purpose of your trip and the program (itinerary of the cities you are visiting) The letter must be notarized and duly translated into Spanish by a professional translator (the translation does not need to be notarized).

    9. A letter from your employer, authorizing the trip, confirming that you are currently employed by the company and for how long. This letter must be written on company letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and duly translated into Spanish by a professional translator (the translation does not need to be notarized), and must be accompanied by your last month salary/pay-slip and last 3 year's Income Tax Return -ITR-.

    If you are the owner of the business, please add a copy of your business’ official registration and last 3 year's Income Tax Return -ITR-.

    If you are self-employed or a student, you need to present all documents/certificates related to your current occupation. All such documents must be notarized and duly translated into Spanish by a professional translator (the translation does not need to be notarized)


    Applicants are suggested to present documents attesting their experience in their field of expertise and current occupation (documents must be notarized and duly translated).

    All documents must be presented in ORIGINAL (no photocopies or emails will be accepted).


    HOW TO START THE PROCESS


    - Visa application forms accompanied by ALL the required documentation must be presented IN PAPER at this Consulate. Visa applications with incomplete documentation will not be accepted.


    Translations must be adequate; Internet/online translations are not accepted.


    Please DO NOT SUBMIT DOCUMENTS BY EMAIL, unless you are requested to do so by the Consular Section. Only COMPLETE applications presented IN PAPER at the Consulate will be considered.

    We suggest applicants to present their applications at least 3 weeks before the expected date of travel to avoid any inconveniences/delays.

    - The intervention of agents is NOT compulsory to perform paperwork in this Consulate.

    - Submitting false information either on the visa application documents or during the visa interview can lead to a finding of permanent ineligibility. Never submit your application without reviewing it first.

    - Once the complete application is presented at the Consulate, it will be analyzed by the Chief of the Consular Section. Within the next 72 working hours, the applicant will be informed if any additional documents are required, if there are any corrections to be done or if he/she is able to come for the personal interview. Applicants will be called to come for the interview once their applications fulfill ALL the necessary requirements.


    *Every applicant will be called to come in person for a personal interview with a Consular Officer. This interview is mandatory by law and admits no exceptions.*


    - The applicable visa fees will be paid only after having been informed of visa approval by the Consular Officer, who will also indicate where the bank deposit should be made. No cash is handled at this Consulate; deposits are made in Indian Rupees.
    After the personal interview, the approval of the visa, and the payment of the corresponding fee at the Bank, the visa will be processed within the next 5 working days.
